Job description
At Aracari Studios, we're looking for a Business & Process Associate to support a U.S.-based company by channeling administrative and operational requests, using AI tools to solve day-to-day needs, escalating complex ones, and organizing processes using productivity tools.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about productivity and automation tools, who communicates assertively and confidently in English, and is used to engaging with managerial levels through virtual assistant, customer experience, and other BPO roles.
What You Bring to the Team
Advanced English — spoken and written.
2+ years of experience in BPO, virtual assistant, customer experience, or account support roles — bonus if you've led a team.
A self-taught, self-sufficient, and proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do.
Comfort engaging with managers, directors, and cross-functional teams, including presenting results directly.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools quickly — familiarity with AI or automation tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for operational and administrative requests from a U.S.-based client, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through.
Use AI and productivity tools to resolve day-to-day tasks efficiently: From drafting communications and organizing information to streamlining recurring workflows.
Identify when a request requires technical support and escalate it clearly to the appropriate internal team, providing context and documentation.
Organize and prioritize incoming requests, managing multiple tasks with deadlines without dropping the ball.
Prepare clear documentation and status updates on completed tasks, ongoing projects, and pending items for client and internal review.
Proactively suggest process improvements. If something can be done faster, simpler, or better, flag it and propose a solution.
Collaborate with internal teams including development, design, and operations to ensure client needs are met end to end.
